Dear Maple Fans!
WE ARE OPEN
Welcome back! We are now open for season 2025! Join us this month for chocolate raspberry pancakes and chocolate raspberry stuffed French toast in honor of Valentine`s Day! One of our favorites! Speaking of Valentine`s Day don`t forget to visit The Corn Crib Gift Shop to find that special something for your Valentine. Take a peek into the Cottage at the Corn Crib for a one-of-a-kind treasure, too! Or you can never go wrong with one of our specialty boxes of chocolates, a lovely piece of jewelry or a gift card to our restaurant!

WINTER BREAK PROJECT
We are often asked if we go somewhere warm for the seasonal break . . . ahhh that would be nice! There is always work to be done in the old barn. Come in and check out our newly renovated rest rooms! Aren`t they lovely? (Been on our bucket list for a long time!)
OPENING SOON!
It`s that time of year again! Our outpost and our sugar house will be open starting the weekend of February 22nd and 23rd. That is, open every weekend 9-1 through March 30th, serving our famous maple glazed donuts and our gourmet maple coffee. Don`t forget to enjoy a tour of our newly renovated sugar house to learn all about the maple sugaring process.
SUGAR PARTY BUS TRIPS
We are booking senior bus groups and school groups for sugar season 2025. Join us in February and March on Mondays or Thursdays for a “sugar party” for groups of 25 guests or more for a pancake breakfast and a tour of our sugar house to learn all about the making of maple syrup! Give us a call for details.

Our hours for the month of February are Thursdays through Mondays 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM (last seating at 1:45 PM), closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. First come, first served and no call ahead seating. Thank you!
