Dear Maple Fans,

Happy Spring! (Finally!)

ON THE MENU

Join us this month for raspberry pancakes and raspberry peach stuffed French toast! New on our menu, salted maple pretzels and salted maple pretzel bites! Already a winner, soft and salty on the outside, warm and sweet inside! Also, introducing our new Breakfast Sammy, our traditional breakfast sandwich served between two of our award-winning old-fashioned pancakes! Are you here yet?

MOTHER`S DAY

We will be open on Mother`s Day, Sunday, May 10th regular business hours, first come, first served! We have a lovely selection of gifts for the special lady in your life in our Corn Crib Gift Shop. We are happy to make a custom basket for Mom with all of her favorites or for the lady who has everything, a gift card to our restaurant is always a treat!

MEMORIAL DAY

We will be open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, regular business hours. We will be closed for our summer break Saturday, July 18th through Wednesday, July 29th, reopening Thursday, July 30th!

SIP AND SCRIPT CALLIGRAPHY CLASS

Sip N Script will be joining us once again! “Pancakes & Pretty Lettering at Parker`s Maple Barn” Saturday, May 2, 2026 12:30-3:00 for an engaging workshop on modern calligraphy and a fabulous pancake breakfast. In this class, you will be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will get you comfortable holding the pen, getting ink flowing and forming letters-giving you a solid foundation to continue practicing for years to come!
